Review: Silentnight Micacoil 7 Spirit Divan Bed
The Micacoil 7 Spirit divan bed from Silentnight utilizes a new system designed to stop you overheating while asleep. The Cirrus Airflow technology is a memory foam system that helps you maintain a comfortable temperature while you sleep. Unlike other mattresses, it uses a cell structure that allows moisture and excess heat to escape, creating what Silent Night like to call “the perfect micro-climate”.
The Spirit also incorporates the Miracoil spring system essentially an open coil spring which Silentnight have adapted to provide more targeted support for your curves and total body relaxation. This spring system provides firmness for your hips, softness for your shoulders and extra protection for your lower back. The mattress also has extra layers of cushioning on top of the spring system and a microquilted design design sleeping surface gives added comfort to the spirit.The mattress also has handles and vents to allow for turning and to help the mattress breath properly.
The base of the divan bed doesn’t lack in quality either. Silentnight offer its standard 2 and 4 drawer options with continental choices also available. The drawers offer a drop front design with beech effect linings for added quality. The base also sits on twin wheel castors which make the entire divan bed easily movable around the room.
The Spirit offers good value for money too with an 4FT 6 Double Non drawer costing around £500. This divan bed is the perfect choice for users that like a medium feel bed with good support and a tendency to overheat in bed.
